After spending a year or more looking for garage plans to fit my needs and budget I came upon the ‘Pole Barn’ concept of building. My searches lead me to Lester Buildings and a LOCAL builder whom provided a concept drawing of my idea with an estimate within 48 hours. I was able to get more square footage for the money with the post framing compared to conventional framing of the same floor plan. I was hooked on the warranties provided by the manufacture and the overall maintenance free exterior. Our local builder was great to work with and provided plans and the delivery of the building on the dates promised. The many choices of exterior colors and options enabled us to compliment our home with ease. I have shown the building to countless individuals who requested a tour. We even had a couple travel over an hour in hopes of catching us home to look at it. I am a proud owner of a wood framed metal building and wouldn’t hesitate to build another in the future.
